Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or any reason other than receiving a defective, damaged, incorrect, or deficient product.
If you believe your product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts/items, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at thenest.trendy@gmail.com and provide your order details along with evidence of the issue (such as photos).
To report an issue, contact us at thenest.trendy@gmail.com. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged;
- You receive the wrong item; or
- The product is deficient, incomplete, or missing components.
We will evaluate the issue and, if the claim is verified, we will make it right by issuing a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective, damaged, incorrect, or deficient:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or deficient product, please contact us so we can review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, as required by applicable law. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for returned products, change-of-mind purchases, or customer preference issues.
A full refund will only be issued if the product received is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incorrect, or deficient. Once we have reviewed and approved your claim, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at thenest.trendy@gmail.com.
